  • Unlimited Exams
  • Unlimited Digital Radiographs
  • 2 – General Prophylaxis cleanings. (Cleanings can be anytime throughout membership year. Scaling and root planning, Arestin, and irrigations are Not Included)
  • 15% – Discount on Composite Fillings
  • 10% – Discount for All- Ceramic or PFM Restorations (Implants and implant parts Not included)
  • NO Waiting Periods
  • NO Deductibles

Membership Policy

Membership can be used in conjunction with your current Insurance plan. However, Not simultaneously for the same procedure or not towards an Insurance copay or deductible. You must declare which plan or membership you will be using for each procedure, Prior to that procedure.
